I like to watch movies. My favorite movie is the Notebook. I really like the story. My favorite book is the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. My favorite food is Cuban. I like to eat black beans and rice, bistec empanizado, and maduros.
Another thin I like to do is travel. I have visited 26 countries. My favorites are France, Spain and Belgium. I want to visit Thailand and Morocco. I think those places will be very nice. Where would you like to visit?

Okay, I'm intrigued. You've been to 26 countries? I'm at 17...and counting! I'd love to hear about your travels. Morocco is high on my list. And I'd love to go back to Cuba.
Thanks for commenting on my Blog. I also appreciate travel (with my family or alone). I grew up with Ray Baretto's children in Teaneck, N.J. (Ron, Raul and Kelly). Tito Puente and Willie Colon were some of my earliest influence in Latin Jazz along with Mr. Barretto - I really miss Ray. I like a good Cuban sandwich from time to time, but I prefer red beans and rice :-)

@Seattle Tall Poppy - I have traveled a lot. It is my favorite thing to do. Each summer for the last 4 years. I go a big trip with my friends. This year we went to 9 countries in Western Europe and the year before that we went to 4 countries in South America. For my honeymoon 9 months ago I went to 5 countries in Africa. I have been to some other places at random times also.
I am trying to go to Cuba this summer. My husband is from there, but born here and he really wants to see where his family grew up and see his family that still lives there.
